I can't think of any redeeming qualities about this hotel. if I had to mention something positive, I suppose the location near the train station was convenient for exploring the city quickly. the staff were somewhat helpful, but even they couldn't mask the overall unpleasantness of the hotel.
Stay away from this hotel if you value your safety and peace of mind. Located in a rough area, next to dodgy establishments, I felt uncomfortable walking outside after dark.

Located conveniently near the city's main train station, with easy access to the Christmas market and other popular tourist spots. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops to explore. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, equipped with necessary amenities such as ironing boards and kettles. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
One downside is that the location is not ideal due to the presence of some adult entertainment venues nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Despite being in a rough area with sketchy characters hanging around, this venue managed to provide an excellent stay. The location right next to the main train station was perfect, especially since I had an early flight the next day. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They provided a welcome drink on arrival, which was a nice touch. The room itself was great, complete with in-room amenities like a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and air conditioning. The soundproofed walls meant that I had a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the restaurant buffet had some delicious options, and the fitness studio was a bonus.
This hotel would be an excellent choice for families, and I would definitely recommend it to them.
